Real estate transactions for non-residents again possible

For citizens of so-called unfriendly states, some of the restrictions on real estate purchase and sale transactions have been removed.
They can sell, buy real estate, enter into contracts for participation in shared construction without obtaining a special permission.

The restriction on the use of money from real estate transactions remains - they must be credited to an account in rubles of type "C". Funds can be spent on the purchase of federal loan bonds, repayment of taxes and duties. To withdraw funds from the account, the need to obtain a special permission remains.
