Parallel Import Allowed in Russia

On March 29th, the government has decided to allow the import of original goods of foreign production in high demand without the consent of the right holders.
The resolution does not apply to all goods — their list will be determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Parallel import does not mean the legalization of counterfeit goods, but the import of original goods through alternative channels.
